Red Gold Tomatoes Recipes/ Giveaway

If you read my tweets or emails then you already know I have been cooking up a storm with Red Gold Tomatoes this past week and loving it. Here is just one of the many delicious ways I have enjoyed Red Gold recently. Followed by a fun promotional giveaway from Red Gold!

This is one of my own recipes that is easy to make and is a real family favorite.
Making the change to Red Gold Tomatoes really made the flavor of this pizza pop!

Three Cheese Cheeseburger Homemade Pizza -

Start with a refrigerated and ready to bake pizza crust and bake it about half way in a preheated oven according to the package.
I then sprinkle it with 1/2 can of drained Red Gold diced tomatoes, add one pound of browned ground beef, seasoned with a touch of steak sauce, top with 1/2 cup of Mozzarella, 1/4 cup of Cheddar, and bake a 350 degrees until the edges are a golden brown and cheese is well melted. I top it off by shaking a little Parmesan cheese over the top and edges while hot out of the over. Adds I nice homemade taste and touch.

Being such a push over for new and interesting recipes I started cooking! I was sold on Red Gold Tomatoes with the first bite. They are true to their reputation, beautifully red, fresh and delicious. I can’t imagine going back to buying just any other brand.
