From Disneynature, the studio that brought you Earth, Oceans, African Cats and Chimpanzee, comes Wings of Life, a stunning adventure full of intrigue, drama and mesmerizing beauty. This intimate and unprecedented look at butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, bats, and flowers is a celebration of life, as a third of the world’s food supply depends on these incredible and increasingly threatened creatures.
Directed by Louie Schwartzberg (“America’s Heart & Soul”) and narrated by Academy Award® winner Meryl Streep, Wings of life is available now Blu-ray™ Combo Pack, Digital and On Demand today – just in time for Earth Day.
Knowing that we’ve enjoyed each Disneynature film that we’ve already seen, it was no surprise that this one did not disappoint. We watched it on a cold, and rainy afternoon with our girls. The camera work was anything short of mesmerizing. A beautiful, stunning peek inside of the world of birds, and insects that we would never had seen. Even our granddaughter enjoyed the close look in to nature. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon together. The bee’s especially. Wings of Life is a nice addition to our family’s home library.
