Sounds like a silly question. Do you believe in the Tooth Fairy? The people at Fox Home Entertainment and Universal Studios have been working extra hard to be sure that you do! They recently wrapped up filming the second installment of the 2010 hit family movie, Tooth Fairy.
Coming to Fox Blu-ray and DVD in 2012, Tooth Fairy 2 is sure to bring a lot of laughs while delivering some of the same heartfelt lessons as the first:
“Tooth Fairy 2 finds Florida car repairman and one-time Metro County Miracle bowling champ Larry Guthrie (Larry the Cable Guy) having one bad day. He just learned his ex-girlfriend, schoolteacher Brooke (Erin Beute), plans to marry his arch enemy, a local politician (David Mackey). When Larry shows up at Brooke’s after-school program to talk her out of it, his big mouth lands him in trouble as he inadvertently breaks the news to a child that the Tooth Fairy is just a myth. Now, unless Larry collects 20 teeth in 20 days, the Tooth Fairies are going to erase his greatest memory. And unless he can prove to Brooke that he’s a changed man, he’s going to lose her forever.”
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tooth Fairy 2 set at Universal Studios, Orlando.

Our time together started with a delicious dinner at Emeril’s Restaurant the evening before our set visit. A must if you are planning to visit Orlando.
Our day on set was filled with great behind the scenes peeks, photo ops, and spending time with producer Alan Blomquist (Walk the Line, Chocolat, Cider House Rules) and Dan Whitney (aka Larry the Cable Guy, Only In America). Getting to know both of these talented and down to earth men in a relaxed atmosphere was such a great experience. I was really impressed by how welcoming they both were to our group and questions.
Before we go any further and to answer the one important question that everyone wants to know – YES Larry wears a pink tutu and tights in the film! Trust me it is going to be funny!
