Streaming family-friendly entertainment with Feeln, App Review & Giveaway

Feeln is a new destination for great films that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Feeln is available online, in the living room and on the go.

“Founded in 2007 by Academy Award winning Producer Rob Fried, Feeln (previously SpiritClips) is a movie subscription service showing films that move, inspire and delight audiences of all ages. Subscribers enjoy a wide variety of content, including award winning films, Hollywood blockbusters, Original Short Films, and Hallmark Hall of Fame® movies. Feeln is available online; on stream-to-TV devices including Roku and Xbox; and on mobile phones and tablets.”

I recently received a Feeln subscription to review with my family. New to the app, I was pretty excited to check it out. The app was super easy to find and add to our channels on Roku. I was surprised by the variety of movies, and impressed by some of the classics, including several what I would consider hidden jems.

Since lowering our cable package we’re streaming movies and television a lot more often than before. Not always being able to stay on-top of what the kids are watching, it’s nice to have another app to add to their “already approved” list.

We enjoyed watching several Hollywood hits with our teenager during our Feeln review, like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, October Sky, and Dances With Wolves. I’ve always been a fan of Hallmark Hall of Fame movies, so there is always something for me to watch on Feeln. The app played perfectly. No sticking our rebooting. My only complaint is that there seems to be a quick turn over on some selections.

I would recommend this app to any movie lover, or family that enjoys streaming.

All movies on Feeln are available on apps for Xbox 360, Roku 2 & 3, Apple TV, iPhone 4, 4s and 5, iPads 2, 3, 4 and mini, Android tablets & phones, GoogleTV devices, Nook HD & HD+, Kindle Fire 2nd Gen, HD, HDX and through the website on desktop computers.

A subscription is required at just $3.99/mo.
