This post is in partnership with Hulu.

Do you have an amazing girl in your life? I sure do. In-fact I have four. Anyone that knows me or follows me on social media already knows that my girls are my real life heroes. My life. I’ve been a mom for almost thirty years. Within those years, I’ve watch both of my daughters grow into honest, caring, good people. Watching them be there for each other, and to witness the love they have for one another has taught me what unconditional love really means, and they inspire me everyday. My youngest is now seventeen, and all about health, science and doing her best to help save our planet. My oldest daughter is twenty nine, and just finished going back to school, while also doing a great job at being the mother of two daughters of her own. My beautiful granddaughters, they truly complete my life. Their ability to bring happiness with every visit is just priceless. Between donating time at our local animal shelter, always willing to lend a helping hand, to the youngest cleaning up litter while we walk down the street, without ever being asked – these rad girls are my real life Powerpuff Girls. They are amazing girls and I am so proud.

Yes, I said The Powerpuff Girls- they’re back, and on Hulu ! Both of daughters watched The Powerpuff Girls back in their day. Both wear Powerpuff Girl shirts and played with Powerpuff Girls toys. I’m excited to introduce my granddaughters to such a fun, and empowering series. I look forward to the chance to celebrate memories, while also creating new.

As one of Cartoon Network’s most enduring original series, the initial run of The Powerpuff Girls, created by Craig McCracken, premiered in 1998 and quickly became a global phenomenon. Since its premiere, the series earned two Emmy® Awards along with five nominations and countless animation honors throughout its 80 episodes.

The Powerpuff Girls centers on three sugar-coated superheroes, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, whose missions in life alternate between going to school, fighting crime, winning at hopscotch and saving the world before bedtime. The girls are frequently called upon by the town’s mayor to help fight nearby criminals using their powers. While their differences cause them to squabble and tease, their individual strengths combined always lead them to victory. They rely on teamwork, trust, and friendship to thwart evil (in the most adorable way).
