  1. Unfortunaley I don’t have Comet TV in the UK which totally sucks. 🙁

  2. But I just noticed that Stargate SG1 is being shown. Are they repeats or a new series coming back?

  3. Wow, I must have been asleep in the 80’s because I missed a lot of these films and I really think I missed some good ones. My husband is a total SciFi nut and loves Stargate, he’ll be pleased to know that it is coming back! I never saw Troll 1 so it looks like I have some catching up to do before I get to Troll 2. It is so awesome how much free content there is out there these days, no need to subscribe, I love the concept of Comet that focuses on two genres!

  4. Wow nice list! I don’t have cable TV or else I would be all over this! I may only have seen 3-4 movies out of the list because I was a kid at the time… Time to catch up!

  5. Tami Qualls says:

I’ve not heard of Comet before. I see that there is plenty of hubby’s interests… scifi. Like Andi, I have not seen the first Trolls. It looks like I will be watching it with my little one before venturing on to the second movie that I’ve been hearing about.

  6. Jennifer Van Huss says:

I don’t think that we have Comet in Canada! It looks like a great a station! Those are fun 80’s movies!

  7. This is great news for those who love watching movies and don’t want to leave the house to go to theaters. Being a COMET insider would be nice since you get all the first-hand information from the network itself. These titles look enticing.

  8. I cannot believe that Cherry 2000 is from 1988…I feel so old. I have watched this movie more than a couple of times. I will have to tell my sweetie about Comet TV. He’s always looking for something different to watch, and I love horror movies.
