Trailer Park Tuesday, #DespicableMe3

Meet Dru, Gru’s identical twin brother in the new trailer for Despicable Me 3!

Illumination, who brought audiences Despicable Me and the biggest animated hits of 2013 and 2015, Despicable Me 2 and Minions, continues the adventures of Gru, Lucy, their adorable daughters—Margo, Edith and Agnes—and the Minions in Despicable Me 3.

Directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, co-directed by Eric Guillon and written by Cinco Paul & Ken Daurio, the animated film is produced by Illumination’s Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy, and executive produced by Chris Renaud.

Joining Steve Carell and Kristen Wiig in Despicable Me 3 is Emmy, Tony and Grammy Award winner Trey Parker, co-creator of Comedy Central’s global phenomenon South Park and the Broadway smash The Book of Mormon. Parker voices the role of villain Balthazar Bratt, a former child star who’s grown up to become obsessed with the character he played in the ‘80s, and proves to be Gru’s most formidable nemesis to date.

This is a must see for our family. We’re super excited to see this Despicable Me 3 trailer. No matter how many times I watch it, I still laugh out loud. This is going to be a great trip to the theater with our girls. We just can’t get enough of these fun charters.

This summer, villainy runs in the family.

  1. Terry Stevens says:

I can’t wait to see this with my grandkids,

  2. Vera Bortolotto says:

OHHHH!!! I cannot wait to tell my kids about this coming out!!! They love all of these movies and have seen them over 100 times lol. I have to mark this in my calender.

  3. My grandson loves the minion movies but he still doesn’t sit through an entire movie very well. I just talked to my daughter and when this comes out, we are going to take Carter to the drive-in (yes, we still have one near us.) Problem solved! LOL

  4. We are so excited! We saw the trailer a few times before other recent movies. Both of my kids have seen the first two films and the Minions Movie and I have to catch up on all three first! I’m excited to catch up on awesomeness, though. We were cracking up at the trailer.

  5. Admittedly, I haven’t seen any of the Despicable Me movies, but have seen the trailers for them. All three
seem funny, especially the Minions. Will have to rent these soon

  6. We all love the Minions. They are just funny and adorable. My DD has a Minion onesie and the neighbour has one of the biggest Minion collections ever. In fact the kids were trying to make a Minion movie with them last year. Can’t wait to see this movie!!

  7. Heather says:

This looks so stinking cute he’s like the cousin Eddie of the minions movies. My kids love the minions and despicable me movies I hope they keep making them. This is such a slant on the theme.

  8. Love Despicable Me movies! The characters are so cute and of course, who could resist the minions? I will have to see this with my children!

  9. My entire family are huge despicable me fans! We simply cannot wait to see this latest movie. Hurry up June, lol.

  10. Ali Rost says:

At our house we’re huge Despicable Me fans and we can’t wait until the latest comes out! The characters are so darn cute .. and the minions? How could you ever forget the minions? Only 10 weeks until June!

  11. My kids like the Despicable Me movies. My daughter never did like them, but now that I have boys, they really like them a lot. I will have to check this movie out!

  12. Another Despicable Me?! Well, I definitely have a few friends who will be ecstatic. Gru’s brother looks hilarious – especially with that amount of hair!
