When I think of summer, I think about our family being outside, swimming, camping, and weekday barbeques in our back yard. I love summer!
This summer, just in time for the 4th of July holiday, Hellmann’s is staging a “Burgervention,” putting an end to dry burgers across America.
To create the Best Ever Juicy Burger this summer, mix Hellmann’s Mayonnaise directly into the ground beef when preparing your burgers. The mayonnaise helps to lock in moisture as the burger cooks on the grill, ensuring a juicy, delicious burger every time.
We recently took on Hellmann’s #Burgervention challenge by taking their “Best Ever Juicy Burger” recipe and giving it our fun twist (bacon!).
1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup of cooked, and crumbled bacon
1 tsp of dried mustard
2 lbs. ground beef
8 hamburger buns
Combine mayonnaise, bread crumbs and dried mustard.
Mix mayonnaise mixture into ground beef and blend in bacon; shape into 8 patties. Grill or broil until done. Sever with buns.
Optional; top with choice of cheese and vegetables. We grilled artisan style buns and really enjoyed them.
My family loved this recipe. It’s a quick and easy way to create a juicy, flavorful burger.
I topped mine with fresh spinach, tomato and Swiss cheese. Mmm, this is a tasty burger! Perfectly paired with corn and beans.
