I’ve been in my kitchen all morning prepping to make my work week a little easier. I began by baking a huge turkey breast for casseroles and a homemade pot pie. A nice size chuck roast, and this pretty fruit dessert.
Why do I do this? I do it because having homemade balanced meals waiting in the fridge opens up a lot more family time during our busy work days. Time I’d much rather spend around the table, then in the kitchen.
