While in LA, we had the pleasure of the visiting the beautiful Williams Sonoma location in Beverly Hills for a Beauty And The Beast themed blogger event. We were treated to a delicious selection of Beauty And The Beast themed food that included Soup Du Jour, Meat Ragu, Cheese Soufflé, and more. The food was prepared right in the store by a couple of amazing chefs, who also treated us to a personal cooking demonstration using the new, limited edition Le Creuset Beauty and the Beast Soup Pot.
A beautiful addition to any kitchen!
Created in honor of Disney’s live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast, this vibrant blue-enameled chef’s oven by Le Creuset casts an enchanting spell over the kitchen. Featuring an iconic red rose design and a golden knob engraved with “Be Our Guest,” this special-edition piece is available in limited quantities.
- 2 3/4-qt. cap. chef’s oven is ideal for cooking soup, risotto or stew.
- Enameled cast-iron construction boasts superior heat retention and requires no additional seasoning.
- Enamel interior’s light sand color makes it easy to monitor food while cooking, ensuring less sticking and burning.
- Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction.
- Hand-applied red rose-and-vine appliqué design on lid.
- Stainless-steel knob with gold metallic finish is engraved with “Be Our Guest.”
I really like how the Le Creuset pot is designed for cooking on the stove top or oven. I also just love the engraving, which is much prettier in-person.
It was nice to be a guest in such a beautiful store. There is so much to look at and admire, I could have stayed there for days. Plus, the food and drinks that they served us were delicious. I think the Meat Ragu was my favorite.
After showcasing several dishes made with the Le Creuset Beauty and the Beast Soup Pot we sipped Strawberry and Rose Petal Lemonade, and settled in for a fun Lets Make Flowers class with Sara Kim of HandmadeBySaraKim.
I was totally out of my element here. I am not crafty at all. Thankfully, I was not alone, and had several non-crafty bloggers at my same table. This made for a lot of laughing during our class.
Not only did we have a great time making the roses, but I think a lot of us were shocked at how well they turned out. I know I still am! Sara is one heck of a teacher, because I didn’t expect mine to resemble anything of a rose, but it does.
I really enjoyed our Beauty And The Beast Blogger Event at William Sonoma, and loved how well everything tied into the movie’s theme. Make sure you check out Williams Sonoma’s Beauty and the Beast Le Creuset limited edition “Be Our Guest” cookware.
See Disney’s Beauty and the Beast in theaters everywhere on March 17th!
