Thank you Pillsbury for helping to make homemade desserts at the end of a long day easy and fun!
We spent the day yesterday putting up our Christmas tree, decorations and out side lights. After dinner I had a great time with my daughter making Caramel Apple Mini Pies. Of course we had an even better time eating them!
We lined large size muffin tins with Pillsbury Pie Crust, filled them with apple pie filling, added a touch of brown sugar, drizzled some caramel and covered with crust. Baked at 425 until golden brown.
Topped them with vanilla ice cream, cool whip, and sprinkled the top with ground cinnamon.
Delicious! And so much fun to share.
