Hey everyone, Jenn here with one of the most pressing inquiries I have – the exercise routine that has been keeping me on my toes. I’ve been eager to share about my workout regimen that’s been my go-to on the website ever since I started using it, which I think you might find interesting. So, let’s dive right into it!
Think you remember about ten years ago? Well, that’s where I’d like to start. Back then, I was working, so I’ll kind of turn back the time for you. I may have been there for even longer. When I first started college, I weighed, I’ll kind of chuck some at 125 pounds, and I’ve got photos of myself during frosh week, when I was really slim. I remember being quite lean. Ever since, I suppose I’ve had my subscription for almost two years now. I’ve been exercising regularly, possibly five times per week. Obviously, I’ve taken medications when I’ve been ill or on short breaks, but reliability has been essential.
Hard labor cannot really be replaced, yet this unboxing is quite interesting. If you want to excel in anything, you need to – whether it be tech-related or not – keep practicing and getting better at your craft. All of life is about being consistent, and this unboxing is a great example of that.
Alright, let’s get into the pace change. You’ll see how it is currently in the unboxing, where you want to learn about exercising and the tempo.
Additionally, the tempo is kind of cool. It can be intimidating to join a gym, particularly if you’re new to the exercise game. I understand that completely. Moving can be the most challenging aspect, if you will, from your couch, which may be you, recognizing the five meters to your exercise region, therefore having your own customized region for your needs of exercise is merely the most important. Your core is a crucial component because this is essentially what supports your entire body. A strong core provides better balance and stability for your exercises.
Being a trainer or coach is usually advantageous because, with someone present to correct your form, you’re less likely to injure yourself. This is what a personal exercise coach can provide, especially if you’re just stepping into the gym, I understand.
And, for someone with my level of education, very adept at working out, one of my objectives is to work more flexibly, on my yoga practice and stretching as well as reaching an advanced age. I’ve kind of realized that I’m stiff, so I try to set aside one day for it once a week. You know, there are meatheads pushing, 350 kg for the squat, 250 lbs. on the bench press – they’re only using it to flex in the mirror.
So, that’s the challenge I set out to sort of demonstrate. During my workouts, we’ll have some enlightening b-roll and informative videos for you. The exercise routine I follow is centered on hypertrophy and prioritizes overall growth.
Alright, that’s pretty much it for me regarding my exercise program over ten years. If I honestly take a look back at my workouts, they haven’t altered all that much. The majority of exercises are rather similar, can be flavored with several types of variations or a few classes, but I’m confident you’ll recognize the fundamental motion patterns.
There are only a limited number of ways you can perform a bicep curl, but there are only so many ways to push yourself for a bench press or a push-up. If any of you have any inquiries, whether it’s a workout or tech-related or not, I’m delighted to respond to them.
Alright, we’re at a crossroads now. Currently, however, the cool feature of the Tempo change is the fact that the library continues to exist, expanding in order to continue seasoning the exercise game, which I understand to be crucial to continue being somewhat motivated, hopefully. I hope you enjoyed it, and if you need any further information, I’ll include a link below.
And as a quick reference, the Tempo Move is 395 dollars, having a 39-dollar monthly subscription, therefore it’s essentially the same as purchasing your own home workout facility with a dedicated trainer or coach the only difference being this thing is a super smart AI device. I firmly believe it’s worthwhile, particularly if you’re fresh to the workout area.
I hope everyone is doing well, crushing your workouts, and I certainly hope you picked up something new today. We’ll see the rest of you in one of my upcoming posts. Okay, similar to how we began, we’re going to watch a little television.
