Madonna’s 13th studio album Rebel Heart will be released March 10th on Interscope Records. I was given the opportunity to download the full cd a week early in exchange for sharing a review here on my blog. Though I must warn you, I don’t think I’ve met a bigger Madonna fan than myself, so it took a lot for me to review this CD without being biases. In my eyes, she can do very little wrong.
While some of the CD has taken a while to grow on me, I did fall in-love with a few of the tracks right from first listen. There are only a couple of songs that I’m still just not feeling. But, that tends to happen for me with most CD’s. Over all, I agree that this is Madonna’s best album in a decade.
The new album features collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, Nas, Chance the Rapper and Mike Tyson and was recorded in NY, LA and London. Bringing a nice mix of sounds and feels to the music. In true Madonna style, “Bitch I’m Madonna” (Feat. Nicki Minaj) is by far my favorite.

I can easily see myself listening to Madonna’s Rebel Heart in my car, while cleaning house, and while working for months to come. I enjoy it that much. Which is not surprising – I don’t think Madonna fans will be disappointed with this CD.
